Regular Group Classes
Our group classes form the core of our training. In the real world we never know who may try to do us harm: male, female, young, old, big or small. And that is one of the greatest advantages of training in group classes. Your training partners will be of all kinds of body types and personalities thus making you a more complete martial artist! Plus, you’ll make many great new friends.
Group Class Hours:
Monday through Thursday
7pm-9pm
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are typically reserved for special classes, private classes, and seminars.
Private Classes
Want focused one on one training with the instructor geared specifically to your personal training goals? Or perhaps a dedicated session for you and one or two of your friends? All of our training and programs are available in private or semi-private format. Contact us below for details!
